We make re-order easy through our online portal. Each client receives an exclusive login to their own shop where they can order and view delivery status. The portal is designed for client convenience and can be customized.

Shipping

We offer various fulfillment options. Drop shipments services are also available to multiple locations. Leave the hassle of dividing and organizing your shipment to us. We also offer cargo and air freight solutions for bulk production overseas.

Storage

We offer convenient storage options for our clients. Many of our clients enjoy this convenience and find this to be viable option when they are unable to store their bulk production. Stored items can be ordered through the online client portal or through a customer service representative.

Process

Connect

We begin by understanding our client needs and goals. In this phase our initial recommendations are provided. If possible, we will arrange an on-site visit to meet your team and get to know the venue where the uniforms will be placed.

Design

We research the client brand, venue, and relevant design trends that can be incorporated into the styling. In this phase we develop various design concepts to present. Our designers also create a proposal that includes details of our offerings.

Present

Our creative design presentation is sent to the client for review. The proposal includes our design inspiration, pricing, and lead times. A meeting or call is scheduled to review the presentation. The client is able to make selections or provide feedback for edits.

Revise

If needed, our designers will take steps to revise the styles based on client feedback. All updated edits are placed into a revised proposal for client review. Another call or meeting is scheduled with client to discuss review new designs.

Select

TTypically after one or two edits, our client will make a final selection. All details will be noted and the client will sign off on the design. At this stage, payment terms will also be arranged.

Produce

Our production process encompasses custom designed styles and in-stock products from our high quality suppliers. For custom production our factories work with our clients to provide full service from sewing to fulfillment.

Deliver

Fast lead times and on time deliveries is a critical aspect of our service. We work to find the best delivery options for you. The House Label also offers solutions for storage and an company online portals for easy reordering.
